Changes to Leeds Castle Tickets
Leeds Castle incorporates a photographic identification (Photo ID) into each entry ticket sold. The image will be stored securely and will be used solely for ensuring the validity of the tickets on presentation.
Children under 16 years of age may be excluded at the request of the parent/guardian.
Photo I.D. will not apply to group and educational bookings but does apply to all Admission Tickets and Freedom Passes.
Leeds Castle fully complies with the Data Protection Act regarding all visitor data stored on our systems.
Terms & Conditions
Visitors will be required to have a photograph taken to obtain a yearly ticket. This will be stored securely and used for the sole purpose of ensuring the validity of tickets on presentation. Children under 16 years of age may be excluded at the request of their parent/guardian.
Online tickets must be purchased at least one day in advance.
Not valid in conjunction with group rates.
Tickets cannot be used as part of a school visit.
Not valid for our ticketed events throughout the year.
Original ticket must be presented on day of visit. We regret that re-entry cannot be permitted against your proof of payment alone.
For repeat visits, tickets must be signed.
Lost or damaged tickets can only be replaced with proof of purchase. An administration charge per replacement ticket will apply for this service.
Once purchased, tickets cannot be refunded.
Ticket must not be re-sold.
Ticket cannot be transferred or exchanged.
Ticket has no monetary value.
Valid for one year and one day from date of purchase (subject to promotional offers).
Car parking is free. Leeds Castle cannot be held responsible for any damaged caused to vehicles by other visitors whilst using our car parks.
Leeds Castle Foundation reserves the right to alter opening times without notice.
Additional Freedom Pass Terms & Conditions
Freedom Passes are subject to the terms and conditions above, plus:
Freedom Passes are valid for use on the Land Train and Ferry Boat only on the days they are running.
Each Freedom Pass is valid for transport of the pass holder only.
Freedom Passes must be shown before boarding either the Land Train or Ferry Boat.
Leeds Castle cannot be held responsible for unforeseen breakdowns of either the Land Train or the Ferry Boat.
Leeds Castle Foundation reserves the right to discontinue service of the Land Train or Ferry Boat without notice if circumstances require such action.
Details of any service issues will be posted on this website and at the ticket office at the earliest opportunity.
Refunds will not be given for prolonged mechanical breakdowns of either the Land Train or the Ferry Boat.
The Land Train and Ferry Boat are seasonal. The Ferry Boat does not run in the winter months and the Land Train runs a limited weekend service.
The Freedom Pass does not offer priority seating or queuing on either of these services.
There are no upgrade options to a Freedom Pass from other Leeds Castle tickets.
