This Christmas over 70 wooden chalets will return to ‘the loveliest Castle in the world’ for the annual Leeds Castle Christmas Market. Praised by Vogue as one of the best in the UK, this is an event not to be missed.

We expect an average footfall of 5,000 visitors a day and offer stallholder perks including complimentary tea and coffee and free Wi-Fi.

If you wish to be a stallholder at this event please ensure you have read the 'Stallholder Information' document and then complete the application form below for review.

All applications must be supported by images of the products you wish to sell, a copy of your Public Liability Insurance (minimum cover of £5,000,000) and agreement to the event terms and conditions.

In support of local businesses we are happy to offer a 10% discount to stallholders within a 20 mile radius of Leeds Castle (ME17 1PL). In order to qualify for the local supplier discount, stallholders must provide evidence of a registered home or business address.

Full payment will be due within 14 days of booking confirmation. Failure to pay your balance within the 14 days will result in loss of your chalet at the market.

Chalets are available in either a ‘counter top’ or ‘barn door’ style. Chalets are 2.5m x 2m and available on a first-come-first-served basis. Please select the type of chalet you would like to book. If exhibiting for all available days, a 5m x2m chalet option is available.

Each chalet is fitted with a double socket power supply, of which 4amps (920 watt) will be available free of charge. This will be suitable for a phone charger, laptop and fairy lights. This supply will NOT be sufficient to run items such as kettles and heaters etc. Please tick if you would like to upgrade power. Please note power upgrades must be requested when booking and are subject to availability.

All electrical products used at the event must be PAT tested or within 6 months old. Please see terms and conditions for more information.

Please upload a copy of your Public Liability Insurance. All traders must have a minimum cover of £5,000,000. Please ensure your pop-up blocker is switched off to upload files.

In order to confirm your booking, full payment will be due within 14 days of confirmation and invoice. Failure to pay within 14 days will result in your chalet being released.

If you cancel your booking for any reason the following refund policy will apply: Cancellation within 14 days of payment received (before 25th October 2019) = 50% payable. Cancellation after 14 days of full payment (after 25th October 2019) = 100% payable.
