If you wish to be a stallholder at this event please complete the application form below and submit for review. Successful applicants will be contacted and invoiced for the final balance. Please note that we do not offer exclusivity on products but will accept stallholders based on variety at the market.
All catering stallholders are required to attend all 8 days of the market.

Subject to availability four sided open stands (Bratwurst style) are available. Please note there is very limited availability and stands are allocated based on creating a variety of different products.
If you would like to trade from your own unit, it must be in keeping with the wooden chalet theme of the market and will be subject to photographic evidence. Please note you will not be able to remove the unit once on site until after the last day of the market.

Chalets are available in either a ‘counter top’ or ‘barn door’ style. Please select the style and size chalet you would like to book. Chalets are available on a first come first serve basis.

You may bring additional equipment but please ensure all electrical products have been PAT tested.

In order to confirm your booking, 50% payment will be due within 14 days of confirmation and invoice. The remaining 50% fee will be due by 31st August 2018. 10% commission of your gross sales at the event will be invoiced post-event. Cheques must be made payable to ‘Leeds Castle Foundation’. Alternatively you may pay by Debit/Credit Card by calling 01622 767762.
If you cancel your booking for any reason the following refund policy will apply: Cancellation within 14 days of payment received (before 26th October 2018) = 50% payable. Cancellation after 14 days of full payment (after 26th October 2018) =100% payable.
Please note, if accepted as a stallholder at the event, all catering concessions will have to provide the following information about their business:
