Wedding Flower Prize Draw Terms & Conditions
Competition dates 1st July – 31st October 2019
This competition is promoted by Leeds Castle.
This promotion is open to all UK residents except employees of Leeds Castle (or its parent, subsidiaries or any affiliated companies) and their immediate families, who are not allowed to enter the competition.y
You must be 18 years or older to enter this competition.
To qualify for the prize draw, you must be an individual and come within all of the rules in 1.a, 1.b, 1.c and 1.d below: 1a. You must hold your Leeds Castle wedding between Wednesday 1st January 2020 and Wednesday 31st March 2021. 1b. Confirmed your wedding with chosen date, placed your 10% deposit and received written confirmation from Leeds Castle. 1c. Wedding to be organised and booked directly between Leeds Castle and the couple to be married. 1d. For the purposes of this draw, eligible weddings must: Be in one of Leeds Castle’s wedding venues: The Castle, Maiden’s Tower or Battel Hall • Include a marriage ceremony and reception • Have a minimum of 50 guests attend the day function
The opening date for entries is Monday 1st July 2019. The closing date for entries is Thursday 31st October 2019 at 11.59pm GMT. No entries received after this date will be accepted.
The draw is a free prize draw.
One lucky winner will win flowers up to the value of £5000 that will be provided and arranged by the Leeds Castle Floristry department to be used at the winner’s wedding held at one of Leeds Castle’s wedding venues. The value of the prize will include flowers and floristry fees.
The prize will be taken in consultation with the Leeds Castle Floristry department who will fulfil and arrange the prize by using their existing flower suppliers, no alternative florists or suppliers will be considered.
The prize must be taken at a wedding held before Wednesday 31st March 2021. Arrangements for accepting the prize will be made through the Leeds Castle Wedding Team.
The prize does not include travel, food, alcoholic beverages, other drinks, personal expenditure or incidental costs.
The prize is non-refundable, non-transferable and subject to availability. No guarantee is given as to the quality or quantity of the prize.
No cash or prize alternatives are available.
Leeds Castle reserve the right in their reasonable discretion to substitute any prize with a prize of equal or greater value, e.g. this could include but not limited to in times of adverse weather conditions.
The winner of the prize draw will be selected by an impartial adjudicator at Leeds Castle who will make his/her decision based on random selection. Leeds Castle shall notify the winners no later than Monday 4th November 2019.
All entrants are expected to act fairly and in the good spirit of the competition. Leeds Castle reserve the right to investigate any irregularities and disqualify entrants at its absolute discretion.
The prize will be confirmed to the winner on /by 30 days after accepting the prize. Leeds Castle reserves the right to select another winner if the original winner cannot be contacted within a reasonable time-frame by reasonable means.
Leeds Castle decision as to who has won the competition shall be final.

By entering the competition you are agreeing to accept these Terms and Conditions. Any breach of these Terms and Conditions by you will mean that your entry will not be valid, and you will not be allowed to enter this competition.
By entering this competition you are agreeing that, if you win, your name and entry may be a) used for the purpose of announcing the winner and/or distributed to individuals who request details of the winner and/or b) in any related publicity by Leeds Castle without additional payment or permission.
Personal information about entrants will only be shared with the Promoter’s competition partners and with the Promoter’s agents to the extent necessary to manage such entry and participation as an entrant or, where required, to a legal or regulatory body.
Under no circumstances will Leeds Castle be responsible for any loss, damages, costs or expenses arising from or in any way connected with any errors, defects, interruptions, malfunctions or delays in the promotion and / or delivery of the competition or prize.
Leeds Castle will not be responsible unless required by law, for any loss, changes, costs or expenses, which may arise in connection with this competition and Leeds Castle can cancel or alter the competition at any stage.
Any dispute relating to the competition shall be governed by the laws of England and Wales and will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
