Leeds Castle Chapel and Chattels
Re-consecrated by the Archbishop of Canterbury in 1978, the Chapel at Leeds Castle can be traced back to the time of Edward I – when he established a chantry in 1293 for masses to be celebrated to commemorate his first queen, Eleanor of Castile. Discover more about the history of this fascinating room and the treasures it contains.
