Accessible stays
Our accessible lodges have been carefully designed to ensure a comfortable and convenient experience. Guests can benefit from well-lit, level or ramped access from the parking area, with dedicated bays close to the entrance. More than just a stay
Your booking includes complimentary access to the Castle and its breathtaking grounds from 1pm on your day of arrival and throughout your stay (subject to availability). Discover the historic Castle, beautifully landscaped gardens, maze and underground grotto, adventure play areas, Birds of Prey centre, and immersive multimedia tours – ideal for both relaxing escapes and memorable days out.
Housekeeping
For longer stays, housekeeping is provided every fourth day. Additional cleans can be arranged with the Accommodation team on request.
Check-in is from 3 pm, with check-out at 10 am. After departure, you’re welcome to continue exploring the grounds at your leisure.
Free complimentary standard parking is included. For visitors wanting to use the EV charging ports, these are available at an additional charge
Knights’ Retreat is self-catering, giving you the flexibility to enjoy meals your way, whether that’s a relaxed breakfast in your pyjamas or a cosy dinner around the table.
