Modern furnishings sit alongside exposed timber beams to create a warm and cosy atmosphere. Accommodating up to four guests, the property is arranged on a single level and accessed via an external open-tread staircase.

Your booking includes complimentary access to the Castle and its breathtaking grounds from 1 pm on your day of arrival and throughout your stay (subject to availability). Discover the historic Castle, beautifully landscaped gardens, maze and underground grotto, adventure play areas, Birds of Prey centre, and immersive multimedia tours – ideal for both relaxing escapes and memorable days out.
Check-in is from 3pm, with check-out at 10am. After departure, you’re welcome to continue exploring the grounds at your leisure.
Free complimentary standard parking is included. For visitors wanting to use EV charging ports, these are available at an additional charge.

A traditional pub restaurant located on the A20, this is the closest pub to the accommodation and offers a classic pub menu and cosy atmosphere.
The George Inn (5-minute drive)
Nestled in Leeds Village, this welcoming country inn is perfect for a relaxed drink or a meal in a homely setting.
The Windmill, Hollingbourne (Few minutes’ drive)
Enjoy seasonal dishes and pub classics at this rustic gem. It’s a lovely spot with outdoor seating and a BBQ area when the weather’s kind.
The Potting Shed (Short drive)
Serving breakfast, lunch and dinner in a stylish setting with an open-plan kitchen and lovely outdoor dining space during the warmer months.
Washing machine, dishwasher, Smart TV, WiFi, microwave, cot, highchair. Egyptian cotton bedding is supplied with duvets on the beds. Gas fired central heating and electric log burner in the reception room. Outside gravelled courtyard area with seating.
