Begin your autumnal escape with a stroll through the Woodland Walk, where the changing season brings a spectacular display of colour.
Our circular walking routes offer a wonderful way to stretch your legs and soak up the scenery, taking you through sweeping parkland and secluded woodland corners. Whether you fancy a gentle stroll or a longer walk, there’s plenty to explore.
Falconry, Play and Outdoor Adventure
There is no shortage of outdoor activities to keep the whole family entertained:
- Falconry Displays: Watch our falconry displays taking place every weekend and during school holidays. Get up close to these majestic birds of prey and discover their cheeky personalities as they soar over your heads.
- The Maze & Grotto: Challenge yourself to find the centre of our maze made of 2,400 yew trees, then head below ground into the grotto to discover the mythical beasts hidden beneath.
- Knight’s Stronghold Playground: Little ones can wrap up warm and let off steam on zip wires, climbing walls, and giant cargo nets.
- Adventure Golf: Round off your outdoor adventure with a game on our Adventure Golf course.
