The Fairfax Barn is a beautiful 17th-century Kentish timber-framed barn and the ideal setting for unforgettable evening celebrations. Available when you book the Castle, Maiden’s Tower or an Exclusive Use package, it offers the perfect space to continue the festivities with larger numbers of guests.

Offering spectacular views of the Castle, your evening party and guests will gather outside on the large terrace. Ideal for celebrating on a fine seasonal evening.

While you enjoy stunning photographs in the grounds and gardens, your guests can relax and enjoy the hospitality of our team and evening entertainment in this charming and characterful setting.

With its rustic charm, beautiful oak beams and breathtaking views over the Leeds Castle estate, the Fairfax Barn provides a memorable backdrop for your evening celebration at any time of year.

Our Fairfax Barn evening party package provides exclusive use of the venue for 80-180 guests, plus 15 bedrooms in our Stable Courtyard, based on double occupancy including breakfast.

You’ll also be able to call upon our friendly, experienced wedding co-ordinator to assist with planning your celebration, along with a dedicated manager to support you throughout your event.
